Keystone Development Corporation is a full service real estate development and construction company specializing in multi-family development and custom built single family homes. Our Massachusetts based company and its affiliates have been developing real estate since 1975. Michael Staiti and Rick Olstein, the current owners, have been involved in the permitting of over 500 residential units, the construction of more than 200 homes and the acquisition and development of over 1 million square feet of commercial real estate. Keystone’s principals are personally invested in each and every project they undertake.
